Whether you are new to the Bloomington-Normal community or you’ve been here all your life, there is a place that God has established here for you to call home. It is a place where you can connect with God and others, a place where you can find encouragement for the real struggles of life, and a place where you can find clear guidance for whatever is ahead. This place is Central Pointe Church of Christ. At Central Pointe we are not into labels, false piety, or false belief. We’re into loving Jesus and people just like you! In fact, a simple statement expresses what and who we are: We are following Jesus and serving others with passion and purpose. While some in our world may be filled with fears, worry, apathy, or confusion, we are striving to show forth God’s message that there is true hope and life found in following Jesus. No matter where we were or what our lives were like before we responded to Jesus’ call to follow Him, we now find our lives filled with his love and infused with His purposes. I sure would be thrilled for YOU to experience this transformation too!

At Central Pointe we are more focused on Who we worship, Christ our Lord, than how we worship. Yet our style of worship is something we find appeals to the multi-generational and multi-cultural make-up of our community. We teach the all-sufficient Scriptures in a relevant way that equips you for all of life and challenges you to become more like Jesus. You’ll also find Central Pointe to be a church that believes “faith without action is dead.” So once here you’ll see how we reach out with compassion to the needs of people in Bloomington-Normal and across the country.
