About the Finance Ministry
Purpose: The Finance Committee is responsible for the collection, distribution and depositing of monies into a local bank. Additionally, it handles church funds, prepares and discloses a monthly report of the congregation’s financial condition and monitors its purchase of goods and services.
Responsibilities
Our mission is to help our members and the Central Pointe church families attain financial peace of mind. We do this by providing input with investments and emotional support that help reach our financial objectives. We offer advice and provide the finest service available in Christian love:
To retain the confidence and trust of our members through total commitment to honesty and integrity;
To consistently demonstrate our dedication to professionalism and excellence in everything we do;
To communicate a sincere, caring attitude toward every member;
To always place our members’ financial well-being above our own.
Contribution to Congregation’s Vision
This ministry contributes to the congregation’s vision
by sharing the message of salvation within our community. The Bible affirms
that “now through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be
made known” (Ephesians 3: 10). We seek to do this through a holistic
approach that uses the ministries and resources of the congregation.
